What To Remember When You Feel Like Giving Up

What To Remember When You Feel Like Giving Up

Entrepreneurship isn’t for the faint of heart. You probably already know that.

I believe God picks some of his strongest warriors for this particular battleground.

But just because it’s hard, doesn’t mean it’s not worth it. After all, aren’t all the best things hard things at first?

That’s why it’s important to not give, and when you’re feeling low or discouraged or ready to quit, take some advice from others in our community to keep in the fight.

Because God has you here for a reason. Here are a few things to remember as you fight the good fight.

Natalia Crawford, Digital Marketing Coach

"Be flexible and stay determined! It's not an easy path, but it's a fulfilling one."

Amy Bryan, Member of the RE Community

"Any time I start hearing that negative voice I pull out a list of scripture of who God says I am. If they don’t match up....I know just where that voice in my head is coming from! And I pray against it. I AM who God says I am!"

Rachel Green, Designer, Educator, and Writer

"My best mindset tip for when you are struggling is to remind yourself of your why. Think about the real reason why you are doing what you do, beyond the surface. Remind yourself why you started your business and why you want to keep going. This always helps me get my motivation back and keeps me moving forward with purpose and intention."

Shi Chen, Business Coach

"For my mindset, I like to journal about my wins no matter how big or little, and to process the lessons I’m learning.  I believe that cultivating this habit of celebrating my progress helps me recognize growth and encourages me to keep going.  I also keep a folder entitled “love notes” on my desktop with screenshots of social media shout outs, client testimonials, and positive feedback for those times I need to reminder of why I love coaching and making a difference in people’s lives."
